uTenant welcomes Clair Schwencke

We’re thrilled to welcome Clair Schwencke to the uTenant team as our new National Business Development Manager! Clair has extensive experience in logistics, strategy, and business development, bringing valuable knowledge to our growing team.

Clair joins uTenant with a strong background in the third-party logistics (3PL) industry, having previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for a national 3PL provider. In this role, she managed the projects team, led sales and tender processes, and worked closely with clients to ensure the best outcomes for all brands and customers. Her expertise in strategy and execution will support uTenant’s growth and help provide greater value to our clients.

Before transitioning into logistics, Clair built a career in sports administration, holding key roles in Operations, Sponsorship, and Strategy within the NRL. She is passionate about advancing women’s roles in sports and has developed strategies to support success and fair conditions for female athletes.

Outside of work, Clair’s love for sports continues. She enjoys playing Austag, netball, and soccer. When she’s not on the field, she loves to travel and appreciates great food and wine, with Switzerland and Queenstown, New Zealand being her two favourite destinations so far.

We’re excited to have Clair on board and look forward to the impact she’ll make at uTenant.
