With the support of our property partner, JLL, uTenant helped Maersk expand their warehouse footprint in Australia with the design, development and build of a new state-of-the-art, 5-star Greenstar rated warehouse facility in Sydney’s Oakdale West Industrial Estate in Kemps Creek. Adding almost 27,000 more square metres to their warehouse network in Australia.
